Another Madrid address to add to your list. From 9 October, you’ll find us on Glorieta de Quevedo, where we’re opening our newest restaurant in Chamberí. Expect seasonal food, a terrace facing the square and a building with a few stories of its own.
Local shops, students and neighbours keep this part of Madrid busy, and we’re looking forward to finding our place among them. Perhaps you already have a favourite order. Perhaps this will be your first visit. Either way, we’ll have a table for you.
Look through the glass floor at Hg Quevedo and you’ll spot something you might not expect: a well dating from before the 19th century. It extends between both floors of the protected building, bringing a piece of its past into the restaurant.
Across those two floors and the terrace, we have space for 150 people, with 30 seats outside overlooking the square. Entrances on Glorieta de Quevedo and Bravo Murillo make us easy to reach, and the Metro is close by.
Whether you’re looking for somewhere to eat in Chamberí, settling in for a long lunch or taking a coffee break, come and make yourself at home.
Fresh ingredients guide what happens in our kitchens. We’ll be cooking from scratch every day in Quevedo, bringing Mediterranean influences together with flavours from further afield. Vegetables, grains, proteins and our own sauces give us plenty to work with. For us, healthy food should be varied and full of flavour.
Build your meal around a Garden Bowl or Market Plate, or choose a few dishes for the table. There’ll be vegetarian food, plant-based options and protein-rich plates, with familiar favourites to return to and new combinations to discover as the seasons change.
Joining us earlier? Start with a healthy breakfast and a cup of our organic, fair trade speciality coffee. For something sweet, try our Real Bites. We make them in-house with olive oil, without refined sugar or artificial ingredients.
Take a seat outside, catch up over a meal or pick up some food to take away. Food delivery will also be available, so you can enjoy our cooking wherever the day takes you.
