Christopher, Rasmus, and Ben met in Spain and bonded over a love of great food and travel. They’d cooked in Michelin-star kitchens, built businesses, waited tables – but still couldn’t find a place where food felt honest, fast, delicious, and easily available to all. So they decided to start one themselves.
