Our cooking draws from how people ate long before processed food took over. Dishes made with vegetables, legumes, free-range meats, grains and seeds, ingredients that have stood the test of time and continue to support vibrant healthy eating today. This philosophy echoes the heritage of Mediterranean cuisine, where food is both a source of health and joy.

We let the seasons shape our menu. By using ingredients at their peak, we create meals that are naturally flavourful, colourful, and nourishing, a way of eating inspired by the Med, and one we’re proud to bring to London.

We partner with suppliers who share our values, craftsmanship and community. Even the tables and chairs in our restaurants reflect that spirit, many of them handcrafted by our in-house design studio, the hg Lab. Every element, from your plate to your surroundings, reflects our dedication to authenticity and care.
